Professional Profile

I am an experienced business and leadership coach with ACC accreditation from the ICF, a business owner and entrepreneur. With my background in business and successful track record, I feel passionate about supporting people to build profitable and sustainable businesses, careers and lives. 

I have been self-employed for 20+years and was the owner and Managing Director of a franchise of Stagecoach Theatre Arts Ltd - an international award winning franchisor, for over 16 years. I then successfully sold the business in order to focus solely on coaching and leadership development.

I managed, trained and developed a team of 9 staff.  Including teachers progressing to school managers and guiding managers to move into more operational roles.

I purchased an existing struggling franchise with one site in 2007 and sold it as a thriving business in 2023 with 3 different sites, educating almost 200 students a week. I increased turnover from approx £75k to over £150k in 3 year period.

The business weathered the storm of Covid-19, pivoted to online classes and workshops and continued to thrive during lockdown, despite completely closing the business for almost 6 months.

I now take all this experience and knowledge into my coaching practice. Understanding the challenges and complexities that my clients may face.

Organisations I have worked with include Brook, Norwood, Catch 22 and National Citizenship Service. Individual clients have included employees of US Navy, Salesforce and the NHS amongst many others.  Successes include helping clients to build profitable businesses and also to overcome personal barriers to achieving corporate success and prestige.

As a coach, I first and foremost create a positive, professional and confidential environment for all my clients. I am comfortable working in a high challenge, high trust relationship and enjoy being results driven while keeping the client at the heart of my work. I believe completely in the transformative nature of coaching and work from the premise that my clients are more powerful than they know.
